Your success is the result of your motivation, your skills, and your knowledge.
Without motivation, it doesn't matter how good your skills are or what you know.
When you have motivation, you will naturally acquire the skills and the knowledge you need to succeed.
Your purpose is the source of your motivation. The greater your purpose, the greater your motivation.
For me, my purpose comes from gratitude for the gift of life. Life is short, and I want to do as much as I can to honor those who gave it to me. This includes God, my family, and my country.
In my book, CREATE VALUE Principles For Creating Value, I describe the principles I use for creating value.
